Nims University Rajasthan recently celebrated the 76th National Cadet Corps (NCC) Day, an event that brought together over 100 NCC cadets to honor their dedication to discipline, leadership, and patriotism. The event, held on November 27, 2024, reflected the university’s commitment to nurturing well-rounded individuals who contribute positively to society and the nation.
The event was graced by the Chief Guest, Retired Captain Mukesh Yadav from the 11th Kumaon Regiment, Jaipur, who delivered an inspiring speech. Captain Yadav emphasized the importance of serving the nation with dedication and responsibility, urging cadets to uphold the laws of India and fulfill their duties with pride.
Dr. S.C. Soni, Pro Vice-Chancellor of Nims University, also addressed the gathering, motivating the cadets to strive for excellence in both their personal and professional lives. He encouraged them to use their efforts to contribute to the development of the university and the nation.
The event was further elevated by Dr. Mamta Yadav, Chief Training Officer and Associate NCC Officer at NIMS University, who introduced the dignitaries and highlighted the cadets’ remarkable achievements. Dr. Yadav led a well-coordinated NCC parade that demonstrated the cadets’ discipline, skills, and training.
The celebration was attended by several distinguished guests, including Pro Vice-Chancellors Dr. Jaskiran Kaur and Dr. Sunil Bhatnagar, along with Additional Registrar Dr. Vinay Naysar. These dignitaries applauded the efforts of Dr. Mamta Yadav and the cadets, recognizing their hard work and dedication. Awards were presented to the cadets who excelled in the All India NCC Camp, acknowledging their exceptional performance and commitment.
