BY ROAD (From Jaipur – 38 km and from Delhi – 205 km on Jaipur-Delhi Highway NH -11C:

Nims University is situated at Shobha Nagar, which will be on your right-hand side, about 12km after ‘Manoharpur Toll Plaza’ while coming from Delhi on the straight highway. All roadways buses including Deluxe & Super Deluxe plying on this route from all states have a scheduled stop at NIMS UNIVERSITY BUS STOP just opposite the Campus. Any private bus operator will also easily stop across the main gate of Nims University on main Delhi-Jaipur highway.

From Nims City Center, Jaipur Nims City Centre is located on a prominent commercial location on the main road called ‘Govind Marg’. If using an auto-rickshaw tell the driver to take the road towards Moti Doongri Cirlce. ‘Moti Doongri Circle’ is very near to ‘Narayan Singh Circle’ (landmark: City Mall).

Nims City Center is just about 100 feet from ‘Moti Doongri Circle’ on main Govind Marg. Many AC & non-AC buses owned & operated by Nims University Transport Department, operate daily (except Sundays) from Nims City Center at 7.30a.m. to bring our students & staff to Nims University Campus. You can use any of our transport facility FREE OF COST with prior information and only from Nims City Center.

From Jaipur Bus Station The central bus station Sindhi Camp is about 1km away from Jaipur Railway station, about 35km from Nims University Campus & 4km from Nims City Center, Jaipur. All Government & Private buses that go towards Delhi, Haryana or Chandigarh and take the Jaipur-Delhi highway would pass via Nims University Campus and you can request the bus conductor/driver to get you down at the NIMS UNIVERSITY BUS STOP.

By Train To reach Nims Campus directly from the railway station, you can take auto-rickshaw either to Central Bus Station at ‘Sindhi Camp’ or go to ‘Narayan Singh Circle’ or to “Badi Choppad” and from there you can board any bus going towards ‘Delhi-Shahpura’ route. You may inform the bus conductor/driver to get down at the NIMS UNIVERSITY BUS STOP.

Procedure for Admission

For following issues related to admission, visit your Admission Login Page at admission.nimsuniversity.org by using your Form no. & Password

  • Check whether your form has been received or not.
  • Check the Registration Status of your Form.
  • Check whether you have been short-listed for the Admission at NIMS.
  • Check the dates for your Entrance Examination.
  • Download Admit card.remove if online exam is there.
  • Check your Selection Status.
  • Print Admission Letter.
  • Check confirmation of Fee Payment.

After confirmation on your Admission Login Page about receipt of your Form, it will normally be processed within 3 to 5 working days.

The Admission Procedure for Post Graduate & Undergraduate Programs will start from April 2021. Digital Admission Process

Now, apply from the convenience of your home town. Access the online application form from admission.nimsuniversity.org and click on apply online.

  • Fill the required details, upload the photo and all documents as mentioned and submit.
  • Pay the application fee of Rs 900/- online via credit/Debit or PayTM.

Access admission page at admission.nimsuniversity.org and log-in using form no. and password (mentioned on the 1st page of your application form or displayed on the screen.) Confirmation of successful submission of your application form will be sent to your verified email address along with the login ID and Password to access your admission page at admission.nimsuniversity.org Check admission site regularly for admission status & pay fee online

In case 12th results have not been announced, a conditional admission offer letter would be issued. For B Arch, B Tech, Design and Fine Art programmes, additional criteria applies. Offer of Admission

A message will be sent to you to intimate announcement of result on your Admission site. All selected candidates will get intimation of their selection through an Admission Letter which can be printed from Admission site. Details regarding payment of fees at the time of admission, allotment of Hostel and date, time and venue for commencement of the academic session will be mentioned in the admission letter.

Offer of admission will be provisional & valid only for the specific program opted by the candidate at the time of filling the application form for the same academic session only. The offer of admission will automatically stand cancelled if the conditions are not fulfilled by the specified time.

Failure to pay the fee or report for classes after payment of fee within the specified date will entail cancellation of admission.

Prof (Dr.) Balvir Singh Tomar Merit Based Scholarship for Programs after 10+2 on the basis of Central / State board

Scholarship will be offered to the candidates of class XII, 2019 / 2020/2021, who meet eligibility as per the program as given below :

  • *100% Scholarship - 94% aggregate and above *Student will bear the cost of University Dress, Examination Fee & Club Membership Fee.
  • 75% Scholarship - 90% aggregate and above
  • 50% Scholarship - 80% aggregate and above
  • 25% Scholarship - 75% aggregate and above
  • 20% Scholarship - 70% aggregate and above

Scholarship Admission for programs after 10+2 on the basis of NIMS UNIVERSITY Common Scholarship cum Entrance Examinations for all Non Council Courses

*(Only for those whose Class XII percentage in Central /State Board are less than 70%.)

  • 50% Scholarship- 95% and above
  • 25% Scholarship- 90% and above
  • 20% Scholarship- 85% and above
  • 10% Scholarship- 60% and above

*Additional 10% scholarship for the candidates of Army/ Defence Personnel or national / state level players for all UG and PG Programs or For Engineering- JEE – 80 Percentile & above, For Law- CLAT-80 Percentile & above.

Note:-Additional Scholarship of 10% is also application in case of merit based and NIMS University Common Scholarship cum Entrance Examination as mentioned above except who have been awarded 100% scholarship.

Scholarship for Specially Abled Candidates:-

Scholarship of 50% will be offered to all candidates who has more than 40% disability in both UG and PG programs. Such candidates are required to submit the proof of the same at the time of admission and scholarship will be offered after due verification.

Scholarship for Programs after Graduation

  • *100% Scholarship - 94% aggregate and above in Class XII and 85% in Graduation *Student will bear the cost of University Dress, Examination Fee and Club Membership fee.
  • 75% Scholarship - 90% aggregate and above in Class XII and 80% in Graduation
  • 50% Scholarship - 80% aggregate and above in Class XII and 75% in Graduation
  • 25% Scholarship – 75% aggregate and above in Class XII and 70% in Graduation
  • 20% Scholarship – 70% aggregate and above in Class XII and 65% in Graduation

Additional 10% scholarship For MBA -CAT 80 Percentile & above / MAT Score 550 & above / GMAT 500 & above or for the candidates of Army/ Defence Personnel or national / state level players for PG Programs.

Note:-Additional Scholarship of 10% is also application in case of merit based and NIMS University Common Scholarship cum Entrance Examination as mentioned above except who have been awarded 100% scholarship.

*Scholarship will not be application on Diploma Paramedicalss, Nursing and Pharmacy Programs offered at NIMS.
*Scholarship is only offered on Tuition Fee.
*All students will deposit Examination Fee at the time of examination.
20% Scholarship will be offered to Girl child of widowers/single female parent in all the nursing programs offered at NIMS.
Fee concession – Admission & 30% fee concession is offered to only NIMS students, who continue their higher education at NIMS Universities with a maximum gap of two years.

Scholarship seats are limited. The mentioned percentages are only the eligibility to apply for scholarship. Candidates securing above percentages are required to fill NIMS Application form. Final decision of granting scholarship is with the Scholarship Committee.

Scholarship is granted on annual basis and continuation in second and further years of the program is subject to scholarship policy. To continue availing 100% scholarship students must secure position in top 5% of the merit list for the program. For continuation of 50% scholarship, students will have to secure position in top 10% of the merit list for the program. For continuation of 25% scholarship, students will have to secure position in top 20% of the merit list for the program.

*Scholarship is applicable after one year only when there is a minimum 30 students in which student is admitted.
