Nims and Cattolica Italy sign MoU to provide an additional platform for students
NIMS University and University of Universita Cattolica Del Sacro Cuore of Milan in Italy have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for exchange of students between the two countries.An official function was held in Rajeshwari auditorium of NIMS University.
Professor Vito Moramarco, Director of Università Cattolica and Professor Richard Arsan, General Manager, Altis, were present on this occasion. The purpose of this MOU is to develop future managers under the strategic management for global business. Faculty, students and research scholar exchange program will be organized under this MOU.Nims University Chairperson Prof (Dr) Balvir Singh Tomar presided over the function post signing the MOU.
Dr. Tomar while addressing the gathering at the function said that Italy’s Università Cattolica is the world’s top in the field of research education and business education. It is a privilege that we joined hands for the development of a ‘New India’. He said, “We are confident that the two world class universities will ensure the good future of the students.”
The program’s keynote speaker Vito Marmarco expressed happiness while saying that India and Italy have similarities — the two countries are on the path of development. “It is heartening that through this MOU, we will be collaborating in the development of Italy and India.”The program’s second speaker Richard Arson said, “NIMS University is now part of our international outreach program.”
