Rashtrapita Mahatma Gandhi returned to India on January 9, 1915 after practicing the theory of non-violence in South Africa. To commemorate his return to India, the Government of India every year celebrate “Pravasi Bhartiya Divas”. This time, this honour has been bestowed upon the State of Rajasthan.
